RTE are filming a new cookery show – where chefs go to old listed castles and cook food from the buildings’ hey day.
Celebrity chef Catherine Fulvio is one of the stars of the new series, Lords and Ladles.
Other episodes will include Derry Clarke and Paul Flynn taking to the stove.

But Catherine admits it hasn’t been one of the easiest cookery shows to be part of.
“I have been schlepping through forests, skinning rabbits and gutting pheasants. So I am way outside my comfort zone,” she told the Irish Independent.
Now Catherine is hoping not to deal with “animal innards” ever again.
She added: “I love it. But if I never see animal innards or aspic again, it’ll be a day too soon.”
