Mr Ireland Karl Bowe wants his new roles shaken, not stirred – and is hoping to become the next James Bond.
The model hopes bagging a role in TV3’s new soap Red Rock will help catapult his career to superstardom.
He added: “Red Rock has given me more experience in TV and to be able to work with so many talented actors was great.

“I was in The Centre last year playing Jennifer Maguire’s Turkish husband Mustafa and I was in the Cheerios Panto too.
“People might think it is so far-fetched but I’d love to play James Bond one day.”
The 26-year-old joins Red Rock as Shane O’Connor, an estate agent – and says it has given him the push to try and further his acting career more after realising modelling isn’t where his heart lies.

“From a young age I have been passionate about acting,” he told the Irish Mirror.
“When I was growing up I didn’t have much confidence and it wasn’t until I started modelling that I came out of my shell a bit.
“I didn’t know how to get into acting here but I went to an open day in Bull Alley [Liberties College in central Dublin] and got onto their performing arts course. I studied there for two years and learned an awful lot.”
