Mark Wright has responded to a savage comment Love Island’s Luca Bish made about him.
On Monday night, the fishmonger brought the TOWIE star up in discussion while chatting to his fellow Islanders Paige Thorne and Adam Collard in the kitchen.
Luca told the pair that he doesn’t think he’s “punching above his weight” with his flame Gemma Owen.
Paige argued that he most definitely is “punching,” as she pointed out that her pal Gemma is the better looking of the two in their relationship.
However, the 23-year-old strongly disagreed with her, and brought up Mark Wright and his wife Michelle Keegan as his idea of a man who is “punching well above his weight.”
Love Island fans immediately took to Twitter to question Luca’s savage comment.
One Twitter user wrote, “Wtf did Mark Wright ever do to Luca,” as another said, “I rate Paige for telling Luca to shut up like mate you can’t say you’re not punching. Also who is Luca to say Mark Wright isn’t all that ?!!”

Mark, who is currently visiting Michelle in Sydney, Australia, woke up and responded to Luca’s savage comment.
The TOWIE star tweeted, “8:30am in Sydney…. minding my own business (literally sleeping) Waking up like…. What did I do? #luca.”
Fans rushed to reply to Mark’s tweet as they defended him against the Love Island star.
One Twitter user replied, “Nothing your a 10 and Luca can’t handle it,” as another said, “don’t mind him you are both fabulous and neither one of you is punching.”
