Love/Hate star Aoibhinn McGinnity has revealed she’s considering heading to America to try and break the US.
The Monaghan actress – who is currently starring in Elf: The Musical – is thinking of trying her hand at pilot season in Hollywood as the RTE show takes a year long break.
But Aoibhinn, 28, would find it tough to leave Ireland full time after the success of playing Trish – unless the role she picked up was huge.
She told Goss.ie: “It would depend on the work, I really don’t know, I really don’t know what I’m going to do next.”

And Aoibhinn revealed she’s been busy auditioning since the end of Love/Hate.
She added: I’ve being doing a lot of tapes …everything’s gone into tape land…so I’ve been doing loads of them.”
But Aoibhinn revealed she had to watch the season finale “through Skype” because she “couldn’t get it up on the RTE player” when rehearsing for her latest show in England.

Talking to Goss.ie, the Monaghan native even admitted that she hasn’t “been home to watch” the notorious show.
He added: “I still haven’t watched it properly, the reaction was huge and I’m really happy people said it to me that they didn’t expect it so that’s good.”
