Love/Hate dominates TV ratings this year – taking FIVE spots in top 10 RTE shows

Love/Hate dominated the TV ratings this year – with five of the most watched shows on RTE this year.

Figures show that despite the Late Late Toy Show topping the top ten list, Love/Hate took the second, third, fourth, fifth and eighth spots.

Its most watched episode was the finale, where Nidge was killed, which had just over a million viewers.

But Tubridy – who believed he would lose out to Love/Hate in the ratings – can sit pretty with 1.357 million people tuning in.

The RBS Six Nations, which featured Brian O’Driscoll’s last match, also drew huge amounts of viewers as well as the FIFA World Cup Final.
