Laura Whitmore has warned Nadia Forde she won’t win the show if she is fake in the jungle.
The I’m A Celebrity aftershow presenter says “you can’t play a game” if you want to have any chance of being crowned King or Queen of the jungle.
She said: “You can’t play a game and act a certain way. All you can do is be yourself. Look at people like Joe, Dougie Poynter and Kian Egan.

“They were all nice people and tried to get along with everyone and help around the camp. If you are in that close community, you need to make an effort to create bonds and build friendships.
“The public can see who is being fake and who is not. You have to be a nice person and learn how to compromise. And don’t entertain for the sake of entertaining!”
But Laura insists she would never be a contestant on the series as she knows too much about how it works.
She said: “I wouldn’t do it in a million years. I’ve been on the other side for too long now. I think if I had to do it then I could, but I have the best job and I’d rather keep doing that.

“I know too much about the show, where the cameramen are, and just how difficult it is.”
However MTV star Laura will never stop going back to Oz to host the ITV2 series.
She added: “I keep going back, because I’m mad. I can’t really explain why I love it so much; maybe because it feels like going home again.
“It’s one of the best shows on TV and I watched it when I was growing up back in Dublin. I loved the after-shows too, so to be a part of that is just amazing and I still get excited by it all.”
