Actress Gillian Anderson has admitted she loves filming thriller The Fall in Ireland.
The star of the X-Files plays detective Stella Gibson in the BBC series which is entirely filmed in Belfast.
Gillian revealed she loves shooting there and thanked the people of Belfast.
“It’s a beautiful place filled with beautiful people who are very interesting. I think, it is being seen for what it is today,” she said.
“I have just had the most extraordinary experience working there.”

Season 2 of the hit show is set to return on Sunday November 9th, with the highly anticipated return of Jamie Dornan.
The hunky Irish star will reprise his role as serial killer Paul Spector.
