Samantha has confronted Joey after he rekindled his romance with Grace.
As the sleepover shifts the dynamics in the Villa, Samantha reflects on how Grace’s arrival has impacted her connection with Joey.
Later that evening Joey pulls Samantha for a chat.
Joey says: “I saw you upset earlier.”
Samantha replies: “Well yeah, I feel embarrassed if I’m being completely honest…I just feel like I was a bit of a placeholder until someone else came in.”
Joey attempts to assure Samantha: “I didn’t want this to be the outcome.”
Samantha asks: “Did you kiss each other in there?”

Love Island bosses were forced to cut steamy scenes of Joey and Grace, as they rekindled their romance during an overnight stay in Casa Amor.
Joey, 33, briefly dated Grace, 25, last summer before they were reunited over the weekend when she entered the villa as a new bombshell.
During Sunday’s episode of the dating show, the model invited Joey to join her on an overnight stay in the second villa – despite him being coupled up with Samantha Kenny.
Unfortunately for Samantha, it wasn’t long before Joey and Grace were filmed kissing in the pool, picking up where they left off last summer.
However, The Sun has since reported that the pair got much closer than that in scenes that were too raunchy for air.
A source said: “It’s been a long time since we’ve seen chemistry like this on Love Island.”
“We always wanted to bring sex back to the villa but didn’t expect this kind of tension so soon.”
“There was genuinely so much footage of Joey and Grace at it in Casa Amor, bosses were spoilt for choice and some scenes had to be left out of the edit.
