Connected star Kate McGrew has been left homeless after revealing her life as a sex worker on the RTE reality series.
The US-born hooker is unable to find accommodation in Dublin after being open about her work.
“I had an email from a landlord saying how much he supported me, and the human rights of sex workers, but then proceeded to say, ‘I can’t have you as a tenant’,” she said.
“I did expect to suffer a bit because people know I’m a sex worker. I suppose it’s both challenging and frustrating.”

Now, the 35-year-old is “living in between places” after leaving Cork for the capital.
But Kate feels it was “worth it” in order to be able to speak up for sex workers’ rights on the show.
She added: “I do feel I played a part in the cultural conversation that needed to happen in Ireland.
“I raised awareness of sex workers so hopefully it made a difference. I am against this kind of law because sex workers are now going to have to concentrate on protecting their clients as opposed to themselves.”
