Actress Kelly Reilly is set to work alongside Colin Farrell in the new series of True Detective.
The US star, who is best known for her roles in Calvary and Sherlock Holmes, is said to be penning a deal with HBO producers.
The sultry red-head could be paired with Colin in the new series, as producers were looking for a love interest.
According to deadline.com Kelly has been cast in the award winning drama which will see Colin playing a police officer.

While Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson were the feature stars last season, Colin and Vince Vaughn will now take the lead with Rachel McAdams also in a starring role.
Other stars rumoured to be in the show include Suits star Abigail Spencer, The Hunger Games actor Leven Rambin and Almost Human star Michael Irby.
