Bressie reckons he has the potential to win The Voice again this year – after fellow coach Kian Egan said he won’t bag a winner again this time.
The former Blizzards frontman has long been criticized for his song choices on the RTE series, however he revealed Kian will be the last person he will go to for song choice advice.
“I’ve seen his iPod on his phone, there’s four songs on it – they’re all Westlife songs” he laughed.
“I know Kian says I haven’t a hope this year, but he said that last year as well so it kind of backfired on him then.”

Although Bressie is feeling positive, Mullingar musician said he wouldn’t bet on himself just yet, as it’s too soon.
“I see all the bookies making these calls and it’s like lads there’s really no point in trying to make that call to be honest,” he told the Nicky Byrne Show on 2FM,
However, he admitted: “I definitely have people who can potentially win it.”
The RTE star also revealed he cringes watching himself on The Voice – because of the “ridiculous” faces he pulls.

“I find it hard to watch myself on television so I mute it until my singers are up” he admitted.
“The faces I pull are ridiculous, I don’t do that intentionally. There was a thing about my nose yesterday, I’ve always known I have a relatively large nose but when I get excited it flares.
“That’s why I never smile in photographs, people think I’m a miserable git cause I’m never smiling” he said.
