TV3 boss Jeff Ford has axed Celebrity Apprentice, just after one season of the show.
After initially dropping the normal version of the show, TV3 brought in top business woman Caroline Downey to get celebs ready for the business world.
Sources have confirmed to Goss.ie that the celebrity version has now been axed too.
“Jeff just doesn’t like reality TV, he never has and that’s not going to change.”

“He got rid of Tallafornia, Celebrity Salon and Dublin Housewives too,” a TV insider said.
“He wants the programming to go up against RTE, and with UTV Ireland launching soon TV3 are getting competitive.”
The show got off to a great start last year, but only managed to pull in one big celebrity, Boyzone’s Mikey Graham.

Other celebs included Amanda Brunker, model Daniella Moyles, Bewitched singer Edele Lynch and snake charmer Emma Quinlan.
The original TV series starred Bill Cullen, and made stars out of the likes of Geraldine O’Callaghan.
