Angela Scanlon has admitted Donald Trump supporters are “bonkers”.
The TV presenter is working on a new documentary for BBC on the presidential candidate and admitted meeting some of his fans was a strange experience.
Angela headed stateside for Trumps Youngest Superfans.
“It was interesting…bonkers, an amazing collection of people that are all whole heartedly in support of Donald Trump, which we can’t really understand with quite that much distance.
“It’s a kind of a frightening time at the moment in America,” she admitted.
