Model Roz Purcell has celebrated the opening Dublin’s FIRE Restaurant and Lounge on Dawson Street for Good Friday.
Unlike most venues FIRE is opening it’s doors on the day, offering customers the ideal menu.
While most glitzy openings involve sipping champagne, Roz celebrated the opening with a non-alcoholic cocktail, with the venue opening its doors to guests on Good Friday, April 3.
The move is expected to dramatically increase options for tourists and locals this Good Friday as one of the few restaurants that will be open in Dublin.

“Tourism is enormously important to Ireland, Dublin and our business,” said Padraic O’Kane of FIRE.
“We’ve a hard won reputation for a Céad Míle Fáilte, yet each year for one night, at the start of the vital tourist season, restaurants and bars are shuttered.”
“We decided that this would be the year that we’d buck the trend, and throw open our doors.”
