Vogue Williams sells €1.3million family home in Howth

Vogue Williams has sold her €1.3million family home in Howth.

The Irish presenter and her husband Spencer Matthews bought the contemporary three-storey town house on Thormanby Road three years ago.

According to the Irish Mail On Sunday, the My Therapist Ghosted Me podcast host banked a €400,000 profit from the sale – which was agreed to “a few days ago”.

Back in July, the mum-of-three told The Irish Independent that she has her eye on a bigger home in the area.

She said: “I can’t say much about it only that I’m really excited. It’s actually the home of a friend of mine and any time I’ve been there I’ve thought it is amazing.”

“I only recently heard that it was going for sale. So that’s where I hope we’re going.”

It comes after Vogue’s media company recorded a huge boost in profits, following the success of her live podcast tour.

According to accounts filed by Howth Media Ltd to Companies House in the UK, the TV presenter’s firm recorded a post-tax profit of £479,161 (approx €555k) for last year.

This figure is more than double the £220,837 post-tax profit the company recorded in 2021.

Vogue’s boost in profits is likely to do with the success of her podcast My Therapist Ghosted Me.

Last year, the TV presenter and her co-host Joanne McNally brought their podcast on tour, selling out dates across the UK & Ireland.

Since launching in April 2021, the podcast now reaches up to 3 million listeners per month with its guaranteed laugh-out-loud content.

The duo are bringing their live podcast to the 3Arena in Dublin later this year, for four consecutive dates at the venue.

Alongside the success of her MTGM podcast, Vogue also hosts a podcast with her husband Spencer Matthews, and works as a full-time influencer and presenter.

The Howth native is the face of her own tanning brand Bare by Vogue, and has various brand deals with the likes of Fairy and Wayfair.
