'The strip will be green, white and orange' Conor McGregor reveals celebration plans

Conor McGregor has revealed his plans to unwind after his biggest victory yet as a UFC fighter.

The Dublin star knocked out Jose Aldo in just 13 seconds in the MGM in Las Vegas, and Conor admitted he’s ready to party.

“The strip will be green, white and orange,” he said at the post-fight press conference.

“I have an after party at the SLS so I’m going to have some steak with my family, a little bit of food and then I’m going to celebrate with my fans who are at the after-party.

“A little drink or two and then just rest for the night and see what tomorrow brings.”

Conor, 27, added that he has been overwhelmed by the support from Irish fans, with over 20,000 jetting to Vegas to watch the fight.

“I’ve been soaking it in all week, at the weigh-in yesterday I wanted to stay on the stage, I smiled and I took it in. I took a second. The same out there. I felt at home,” he said.
