Sinead O’Connor has finally sold her lavish home by the sea.
The singer’s former residence, Montebello on Strand Road Co. Bray, first went on the market last October for €795,000.
While it has not been disclosed whether the semi-detached house was sold for the asking price, it has been revealed that Sinead shelled out a whopping €1.7 million for the property in 2007.
The songwriter hasn’t lived at the seaside residence for a long time, as she spends most of her time in the United States, as of late.
Sold: Sinead put her Bray home on the market back in 2015 | DAFT.IE
Advertised for sale on Daft.ie, the six-bedroom house is described as “impressive” as it offers “wonderful panoramic sea views” and “retains all of the original character and many original features as well as offering spacious, light-filled and generously proportioned reception rooms and bedroom”.
The news comes after it was revealed just a few months ago that Sinead owes Revenue Commissioners a HUGE amount of cash.
