The Irish songstress revealed that she is the proud grandmum to a baby boy.
She posted yesterday: “Don’t mess with Abuelita!” [Spanish for grandmother].

The Nothing Compares 2 U star had been waiting eagerly for the arrival of her first grandchild for the last few days.
“OMG! Am literally hours away from the greatest dream of my life coming true! #Granny!” she posted on Thursday.

Sinead revealed to her fans earlier this year how excited she was at the prospect of becoming a grandmother to son Jake and partner Lia’s first child.
“I am so delighted!!! Always wanted to be a granny. In fact that’s the only reason I had kids (joking). It’s going to be funny me and Jake trying not to swear around the kid.”
