Roz Purcell tried out an intense combat sport while away on her holidays in Thailand.
The brunette beauty spent the festive season with her sister in Thailand, just after visiting Hong Kong with her boyfriend Zach Desmond and his sister Storm.
In an Instagram photo, Roz revealed that she took part in a Muay Thai session.
Muay Thai is a combat sport of Thailand, and it is known as “the art of eight limbs” because it is characterised by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.
The Natural Born Feeder author captioned the picture “2 hour Muay Thai session done to finish off the trip to Phuket, savage.
“I wish I had more time! Now for the feast of all feasts with our lovely red faces.”
Roz and her sister Rachel were staying at the 5-star Amatara Wellness Resort, the exact same place they visited last year for the festive season.
The sisters enjoyed a much-needed holiday after a tough year, as 28-year-old Rachel was diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia earlier this year.
