Ronan Keating has revealed that he thinks it’s “great” that his ex-wife Yvonne Connolly has started using her maiden name again.
The Boyzone star and former model split in 2011 with Yvonne continuing to be known by the name Keating until this year.
The pairs divorce became finalised this year and Ronan has nothing but well wishes for his former spouse.
“It’s her decision – it’s great.Good on her, ” he said.

The pop star is set to marry his girlfriend Storm Uechtritz on August 21 in Scotland.
“All of our families are going to be there – everyone. Rather than doing it in Australia or in Ireland we said we’d go to neutral ground and meet there.”
“It’s a very special place for us,” he explained.

Meanwhile, the Dublin native admitted that he might belt out some classic Boyzone hits during the wedding reception.
“I’m just in charge of music and entertainment. Maybe Boyzone will perform – we’ll all be there so it would be rude not to do something,” he said.
While Ronan and Storm are known for their love of posting sweet tributes on each others social media accounts – the 38-year-old insisted it’s not all hugs and kisses.

“We have disagreements and we don’t always see eye to eye, but that’s the way couples should be.”
“We have our opinions and we’re both very creatively minded so sometimes we can clash but there’s nothing but love for each other here,” he told The Herald.
