The Assets model is loved-up with socialite Fran Fennell, after moving on from Irish rugby player Dave Kearney.
She split from the sports star earlier this year, after dating him on-and-off for three years.

And Hayley proved it has got serious, as they headed off on a break to Saalbach-Hinterglemm, in Austria.
They posted a series of loved-up photos of their skiing adventure in the district of Zell am See.
The Bucks Townhouse hostess has been dating Fran, 25, since the summer after they met through friends.

Last month, the new couple went on a trip to Ibiza together, with pals revealing they are totally loved-up after the heartbreak of her split with Dave.

Last March, she jetted to Paris with the rest of the Irish rugby WAGs as they cheered their husbands and boyfriends to win the Six Nations.
