Maura Higgins is arguable the break out star of this season of Love Island.
According to a new report, the Longford lass could be en route to making a million euro by the year’s end.
According to Jack Cooper, celebrity publicist at Ed Hopkins PR, Maura is set for long-term fame, cementing her celebrity status over the next six months.
Speaking to Metro.co.uk, he estimates that the star could make up to 300k in public appearances.
“Contestants on the series can charge a fee of anywhere in the ranges of £100,000 – £600,000 depending on the demand of the celebrity,” he told The Metro.
“By the looks of how she’s going, she’s set to be a high end paid Celebrity this year if taking on the challenge!”
Alongside her potential to command up to £300,000 in appearances – around £5,000 each – the publicist speculates that the model could also land a lucrative book deal.
He also claims that her influencing work online could land her a quarter of a million from brand sponsor ships and endorsements.
“With clothing deals a huge part of the influencer industry now, Maura is most likely to not turn these down as an ambassador role could secure her a deal of up to £250,000,” he told the publication.
She will also be paid fro her new segments on ITV’s This Morning.
