Maura Higgins admits she’s not in love with Curtis after he ‘wouldn’t rule out’ dating a male

Maura Higgins has admitted that she is not in love with Curtis while addressing his statements regarding his sexuality.

Speaking on This Morning while announcing her new agony aunt role on the show, the Irish model was asked by host Ruth what her thoughts were on his interview with The Sun, in which he admitted that he would not rule out dating men in the future.

Maura replied: “I mean we are very happy and we are taking things slow. You don’t need to put a label on anything.”

“He makes me happy and I make him happy and that’s all that’s important. In the villa it is very different and now we are out of the villa, we just want to take things slow.”

The This Morning hosts then asked her if she was in love with the pro-dancer.

She answered: “I am not in love just yet but I am getting the feels.”

Curtis told The Sun that he was not willing to put a label on his sexuality, and feels that “love is blind.”

“I’ve been with women and I’m with a woman now. You can never put a label on anything.”

“It’s a cliche to say, but love is blind. I can never ever say what will happen in the future. I wouldn’t rule anything out.”

Speaking to Today FM this morning, Maura said that the couple are taking things slow and enjoying the beginnings of their relationship.

“Me and him are very happy and we’re enjoying every day,” she said.
