Matt Damon has revealed he’s a fan of Irish rock band Inhaler.
The Dublin-based foursome is made up of Elijah Hewson – Bono’s son, Robert Keating, Josh Jenkinson and Ryan McMahon.
The band originally formed at St Andrew’s College, Blackrock back in 2012; but they only decided on the name Inhaler in 2015.

During his appearance on Radio X, Matt was asked what are his favourite bands of all time.
The Hollywood actor replied: “You know who’s great? Have you guys been listening to Inhaler? Those guys are epic! So fantastic. They’re so great.”
“I actually talked to Bono about it a couple years ago, and he had me laughing because he said there’s a song that they wrote called Ice Cream Sundae and the first line is ‘I’m in the pursuit of happiness, I’m going to get it, I’m going to get it.'”
“And then the second verse starts, and the line is ‘I’m in the pursuit of happiness, I’m going to get it, I’m going to get it.’ And Bono said to him ‘You can’t start the second verse with the same line as the first verse’, and his son was like ‘Yeah okay, dad'”
Matt continued: “And Bono goes ‘It was that moment when you realise…'”
“Cause when we wrote Good Will Hunting, I remember everyone was like ‘These scenes are too long. You can’t write scenes that are this long’, and we were like ‘Yeah, okay'”
“You know what I mean? It’s that thing that like the next generation comes in and goes like ‘No, we’re doing it this way.'”
