Marty Morrissey has revealed why he doesn’t drink.
The RTE presenter has been a pioneer since a teenager, and admitted he had some bad experiences with drink.
“I never had any desire for the alcohol, maybe it was a parental influence,” Marty revealed.

“Both my parents were teetotal as well,” he told the Irish Daily Mail.
“I experimented once or twice behind their backs, as most of us do.
“I got sick once and I thought, I’m never going near that stuff again.
“I never smoked, my father smoked heavily and I think it was a turn off,” he added.
