Markus Feehily sounds off on One Direction split: 'They probably feel like products'

Markus Feehily has speculated that One Direction have called it quits due to problems in the band.

The biggest boyband in the world announced they were taking a break to pursue solo projects and the former Westlife star reckons they probably feel spread too thin.

“They’re part of a massive machine, there’s no doubt about that. There will be times a lot when they feel like products,” he said.

“They’ll definitely be getting sick of it, the workload, he told Morning Ireland on RTE Radio One.

“The powers that be will want them to go to all these countries, they’ll be spread very thinly and they won’t be given much time for themselves.”

Markus revealed he thinks Zayn probably left the band because there were already problems starting to surface.

“A lot of the time it ends in tears. Obviously when Zayn left recently it wasn’t because he was loving life, it was because there was problems.”
