Lisa Cannon has opened up on the difficulties of starting a family later in life.
The 38-year-old married her husband Richard Keatley last year in a lavish ceremony and has admitted before that she’s keen to start a family.
“I would dearly love to start a family, but you never know what’s going on with your body, so you have to be gentle and put yourself in the best position possible,” she said.

Speaking about her own family, the presenter revealed that women can have children in their thirties and even forties.
“I met Richard later in life so I don’t fall into the category of getting married and waiting,” she told the Sunday Independent Living.
“I just met the right person later. My grandmother was 37, only a year younger than I am now, having my mother, and she had her last child at 44.
“Most of my friends would be classified as being older mothers. So I’m not scared or worried; but ask me in a year’s time and I might feel differently.”
Meanwhile, Lisa has been unveiled recently as the new brand ambassador for Weight Watchers.
