Jim Carrey’s Irish girlfriend Cathriona White in has been found dead in a reported suicide in her LA residence.
Law enforcement officials in Los Angeles allegedly responded to a call late on Monday night and were dispatched to a local residence in Sherman Oaks where they discovered her body.
Jim began dating the make-up artist in 2012, however the pair called it quits a few months later before reuniting in May of this year.

According to TMZ, the pair officially broke-up on September 24th and Cathriona took to Twitter the same day to post her final message.
“Signing off Twitter, I hope I have been a light to my nearest and dearest,” she wrote.
Sources close to TMZ claimed that the 28-year-old died of an apparent drug overdose as pills were said to have been found next to her body.
Cathriona is said to have reportedly written a suicide note that was addressed to Jim and mentioned their recent break-up.

Los Angeles Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter confirmed Cathriona’s passing today.
“Ms White was found at 8.40pm local time on Monday, September 28, at her home in Sherman Oaks,” he said.
“The final cause of death has not been confirmed, pending an autopsy.”
