Jamie Dornan has opened up about his sex life – and it’s a little different than his 50 Shades character leads you to believe.
The Belfast native married his wife Amelia Warner in 2013 and have two children together.
The pair welcomed Dulcie in 2013, and another daughter this year, named Phoebe.
The actor revealed that he’s not interested in BDSM like Christian Grey, and neither is his wife, “No. I’m not into that. My wife isn’t either.”

Jamie admitted that his role doesn’t have an influence over his sex life, but he is aware that people are into a certain kind of sex.
“It’s funny. Obviously there’s a huge market for it, a lot of people are into a certain type of sex but I am just not one of those people,” he told News.com.au.
“It doesn’t interest me at all. So, I don’t think those roles have had any influence over our sex life.”

The the former Calvin Klein model also revealed that he doesn’t have any fears about being nude in films.
“I don’t really care about the whole nudist aspect of what is required of me as an actor. I hope there’s some degree of modesty remaining but I am not a prude in any way, I wasn’t brought up that way,” he continued.
“I’m not saying my parents were walking around the house naked, far from it, but I come from a liberal background where I don’t think my family have ever been shocked by sex or nudity or any of that sort of stuff.”

Jamie also opened up about his sex symbol status and said that he’s not too bothered by it, but he does hope to be recognised for his work as an actor.
“I guess there’s a part of me that wants to be recognised. I think with something like The Fall, where I f***ing threw myself into that project so hard, I got so deep into the mind of this horrible person, that you come out the other end literally, of blood, sweat and tears.
“And then to find that the main thing people want to talk about is, ‘Can a serial killer be that good looking?’ You are like, ‘f***!'” he added.
