Actor Jack Reynor could face a bill of up to $1million after failing to respond to a lawsuit according to TMZ.
It was previously reported that two pedestrians sued the Transformers star after he allegedly collided with them in his car at a Hollywood crosswalk in 2012.
TMZ state court documents show that because the 23-year-old never responded to the suit filed last November, he has lost the case by default.

The two women at the centre of the case claimed the incident occurred two and a half years ago.
According to reports, they were crossing the street when the What Richard Did star allegedly hit them with them falling on his bonnet.
One victim was said to have suffered head trauma and injured her leg, while the other woman sustained injuries to her back and knee.
The pair were originally suing the Wicklow man for $25,000 however according to reports a judge could now order him to pay up to $1million plus medical expenses.
