Finally moving on! Ronan Keating and Yvonne sell their Dublin mansion

Ronan Keating and his ex Yvonne Keating have finally sold their Dublin mansion.

The Boyzone star and the former model have agreed to a sale on their €2.45m marital home.

The lavish six-bed mansion had been on the market since last January, and now according to the Herald the home has sold for “close to the asking price.”

Yvonne has been living in the home with their three children Jack (15), Ali (8) and Missy (13).

Ronan and Yvonne, who split in 2011, built the 6,000sq ft house after Ronan’s affair with dancer Francine Cornelly was exposed.

The house includes a gym, walk in wardrobes, games room and a bar.

Although the pair hoped to carve out a new life together there, they shortly split after it was built.

Both Yvonne and Ronan have since moved on. With Yvonne dating Irish cameraman John Conroy and Ronan seeing Australian TV producer Storm Uechtritz.

Ronan recently revealed he and Storm are looking for their own house in Dublin.
