Daniella Moyles has opened up about the real reason she turned down presenting E! News Now.
The radio host was offered the highly coveted gig in Los Angeles after four weeks of meetings with TV bosses in the US.
However, Daniella told Goss.ie she wasn’t prepared to move her entire life to L.A for a job that’s “like a revolving door”.

“It sounds crazy taken out of context but that job with E! News Now is kind of like a revolving door,” she said.
“I had done the trial and I had gotten the job but even when you do get the job, there is no permanent contract. You’re going over on a prayer just hoping.”
“They have so many girls doing E! News Now that I couldn’t justify  passing the opportunities that I was getting here. I would have been moving my entire life.”

But Daniella insisted she still has plans to take her career to the States when she’s ready.
“I always thought I wouldn’t settle and work here but the Irish media have been very good to me and it’s hard to walk away from that and go out into the unknown,” she told Goss.ie.
“Even though I’d like to think I’m great enough to go, I need to make sure my CV is strong enough before I go.”

While the radio host has been nominated for Best Dressed at this years VIP Style Awards, she doesn’t expect to win and has her eye on Pippa O’Connor.
“It’s always so nice to be nominated. I don’t actually know everyone else who’s in the category but I do think that Pippa O’Connor is always so stylish and I think she’ll get it. If anybody is made a lot of noise this year, it’s Pippa.”
