EXCLUSIVE! Adam Fogarty shares ‘wild’ experience working with Ryan Gosling on Barbie – and reveals he STILL hasn’t met his Irish co-star

Adam Fogarty has shared his “wild” experience of working with Ryan Gosling on the Barbie movie, and revealed he still hasn’t met his Irish co-star Nicola Coughlan.

The dancer appeared in a scene alongside the Hollywood actor in Greta Gerwig’s blockbuster film, which was released last summer.

Speaking to Goss.ie at our 10th birthday bash, the social media star gave an insight into on-set life with the star-studded cast.

Adam confessed: “The whole experience was exactly what you would probably imagine.”

“A lot of colour. Barbie’s walking around on set. It was incredible. It was really good.”

The dancer revealed that during his time on set working alongside Ryan he had the opportunity to chat with the movie star.

He revealed: “I was working alongside Ryan in some of the scenes. So we worked together.”

“It’s only when you leave that environment, like when you when clock out, then you’re processing [it].”

“It was wild, but it was amazing.”

Bridgerton star Nicola Coughlan was also a part of the cast of the hit film, although the two Irish stars never crossed paths while filming.

Adam confessed: “I’ve actually never met Nicola. I’m her biggest fan and I would love to if I ever get the chance. I love her.”

Teasing what plans he has for the year, he said there’s “plenty, but nothing I can talk about so you’ll have to wait and see.”

During a previous interview with Goss.ie, Adam teased his role in the Barbie movie, and told us: “I was one of the dancers in the film, and I did get to see some of the actors…”

“I got to see them in their costumes, looking incredible. All I know is that it is going to be a spectacle. It’s going to be incredible, it’s going to be spectacular. Definitely.”

Barbie isn’t the first time Adam has appeared in a major blockbuster, as he also landed a role in Disney’s Disenchanted movie in 2021.
