Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews have been living it up in St. Barths over the past week.
The couple jetted to the Caribbean Island, where Spencer’s family owns the lavish Eden Rock resort, with their three children Theodore, Gigi and Otto.
They were also joined by their friends Bryan and James, and their son Cosmo.
The pair have been sharing envious snaps from their holiday on Instagram, but it appears the weather isn’t the only thing their followers are jealous of.
People couldn’t help but notice Vogue and Spencer’s rock hard abs in the photos, and took to the comment section to compliment their toned physique.
Paul Byrom commented: “The shape that Vogue and Spenser are in, is nothing shy of impressive. Takes a lot of commitment 👏
Pippa O’Connor also wrote, “Ab central 🔥👏,” while another follower commented, “Do you have a discount code for some abs?”
Just last month, Spencer was forced to hit back at concerns that he is “too thin” and “looks sick” – after he shared a shirtless snap of himself on Instagram.
The former Made In Chelsea star is currently training for an endurance run, and has earned a ripped physique as a result.
However, some of Spencer’s fans were concerned about his weight loss and some even asked why he was “punishing” himself.
In response to the concern, the CleanCo founder told his followers that he is in the best shape of his life, and to stop commenting on other people’s appearance.
He wrote: “Every single day on this platform, women write to me expressing concern for my appearance. They say that I’m too think and that I look sick… One asked why I’m ‘punishing my body” and most say ‘hope you’re ok??’”
“This is a quick note to say that your concern is misplaced and the delivery of that concern is unhealthy. I am fit, well, and above all, really happy.”
“In fact, I’m the healthiest I have ever been – enjoying a discisplined routine and am driven with clear goals, training for a World Record endurance run which will hopefully raise a substantial amount of money for people who need it.”

Spencer’s wife Vogue Williams commented on the post and said: “I think you’re deadly❤️”
Jamie Laing, Spencer’s former MIC co-star also left a message of support for the reality star and commented a “❤️.”
Fans took to the comments and wrote: “Cannot fathom why people would message that?! You look healthy but even if not … erm not appropriate.”
Another wrote, “Louder for the people in the back. Why anyone feels the need to comment on someones appearance is bizarre!” while a third penned, “Well done & well said!!! People only ever comment when the weight is lost and feel it’s ok to do so. You look fantastic.”
