Conor McGregor has finally revealed that he has not retired, and that he is “still ready to go for UFC 200”.
The Crumlin native released a statement this afternoon stating that he would “finish what he started” but that he needed to be selfish and go back to basics with his training.
“I’m doing what I need for me now…Â It is time to be selfish with my training again. It is the only way,” he wrote.

The Dubliner specified that while he wants to continue to fight he doesn’t want to put his time and efforts into promoting the UFC.
Backing up the fighter, his coach John Kavanagh took to Twitter to ask fans what they wanted.
