Colin Farrell has revealed the most intense days of his life were the birth of his sons.
The Irish actor has two kids, James and Henry and admitted their births were the best days of his life.
“I think the best and most intense days were the days my two sons were born,” he said.
“I am passionate about life in general and being as present for all its myriad movements as I can. I’m pretty passionate about the parts my sons play in all that.”

With a hectic life in front of the camera, the Dublin native said it’s his family that manages to keep him grounded.
“I think just hanging with my family and my sons enjoying life and spending time with them.”
Meanwhile, the hunky actor admitted that he doesn’t really buy into personal grooming and prefers to keep things casual.
“I don’t really have a ton, I like to take care of myself by eating well and working out but that is really it,” he told Yahoo.

However, there is one aspect of keeping up appearances that Colin was always “fascinated” by as a kid.
“I remember watching my dad and brother shave and was amazed by it. It is such a right of passage in a young man’s life.”
