Rosanna Davison certainly loves her fans – as she stopped to sign a naked photo of herself at the IFTAs.
The former Miss World famously stripped off for the German edition of the men’s magazine and one fan was mad to get Rosanna’s signature on her naked bod.
The Irish model stopped to greet a random fan who approached her just before she stepped onto the red carpet at the glamorous event.

The man produced a naked image from the racy shoot and the blonde beauty was only too happy to autograph the saucy centrefold.
The 31-year-old previously admitted that she would consider posing nude again – as mainland Europe is much less uptight about posing in the buff.
