Frockadvisor celebrated the launch of the 3rd annual Fashion Independent’s Day 2016.
Taking place at Dublin’s Zozimus bar, designers Brendan Courtney and Sonya Lennon launched the style initiative alongside Virgin Media.
#FIDay supports independent fashion inviting fashionistas to visit their favourite local boutiques and meet the people behind the stores.

This year’s #FIDay will see ten teams of Ireland’s top fashion influencers racing across the whole of Ireland to shine a spotlight on the independent fashion retail sector.
“We’re delighted to have Virgin Media on board for the 3rd annual Fashion Independent’s Day!” Frockadvisor’s Brendan Courtney said.
“Last year’s event was such a success and was trending on Twitter all day long.

“Not only did the event get significant attention, it gave a massive profile boost to all participating stores,” he added.
