Adele’s house has been the subject of several legal proceedings over mortgage arrears.

A judge struck out a bid by Bank of Scotland to allow Start Mortgages to take over repossession of the house last November.

Papers served on Twink and her ex husband David Agnew reveal that as of August 2013, the bank was owed €244,000.
