RTE star Jennifer Maguire has insisted she “isn’t nervous” about giving birth next month with no pain relief.
But the 2FM presenter will be hoping that hypnobirthing and yoga will prepare her for the arrival of her first child.
The 34-year-old admitted she hopes to be able to have a 100% natural birth when she goes into labour in a few weeks.

She added: “That’s the plan, but you just never know how you’re going to cope and I’m trying to equip myself with as much knowledge as I can to get me through it – from hypnobirthing to yoga.
“Everything will help, but keeping positive and not being stressed or scared I think will be key for me. I’m not really nervous.”
Jennifer discovered she was pregnant when on honeymoon in the Seychelles with husband Lau Zamparelli last July – just days after getting married in Monaghan.

The Republic Of Telly host told the Mail that she will take a number of weeks of maternity leave but will rush back to her 2FM morning show.
She added: “I will be back as soon as I’m ready. We are totally excited to meet the little one.”
