Una Healy jets to Nashville as she gets to work on solo album

She recently announced that she has signed her first ever solo record deal.

And The Saturdays singer Una Healy isn’t wasting any time; she recently flew to Nashville to work on her new music.

Una shared a picture of her passport and airline ticket on Instagram and wrote: “Nashville here we come! @deccarecords @fascinationmanagement @hollyounstead,” and later followed up with “So blessed to be here finally to shoot so much great stuff! So excited! Night night xx.”

Just days after RTE announced they were axing The Voice of Ireland, to start a brand new Irish version of Dancing With The Stars, Una revealed she is starting work on her very own solo album.

“So excited to announce I’ve signed to @deccarecords the home to so many amazing artists I admire,” she wrote on her Instagram page.

“I can’t wait to share my music with you all,” she added.

Decca is a UK recording label which is part of the Universal Music group, The Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney and Tom Jones have all previously been signed with the company.
