The Script star Mark Sheehan has blasted greedy record labels for killing music sales.
The Superheroes guitarist said they have overpriced music to the point where no-one is willing to pay.
He added: “It’s overpricing music that has done the damage to music.
“They completely overpriced themselves initially on a product that shouldn’t have been overpriced.”

And Mark told RTE Ten that it has got to the point where bands can’t compete against the movie industry.
He said: “Now it’s up against a DVD which everybody knows – when they see a movie being made for X amount of millions.”
The Dublin man is set to release the Script’s latest album No Sound Without Silence on September 12.
The band are also playing a sold out gig in Dublin Castle on September 13. Tickets for the gig sold out in just under three minutes.
