Olivia Wilde has dropped a major hint as to what the next Marvel movie will be.
The actress made her directing debut with the high school comedy Booksmart, which was released last May.
The 36-year-old confirmed the news that she had recently closed a deal with Sony Pictures to direct and develop a film revolving around a female character.
Sharing her interview with Deadline on Twitter, Olivia simply posted a spider emoji – leading fans to believe the next movie will be Spider-Woman.

The film will be penned by Katie Silberman with Amy Pascal producing and have Rachel O’Connor as executive producer.
Responding to Olivia’s tweet, Sony shared a clapping emoji – while Marvel fans shared their thoughts on who should be cast as Spider-Woman.
Daisy Ridley, Victoria Justice and Ella Balinska are just some of the famous faces fans are penning for the role.
