Tom Cruise has been spotted climbing the Hollywood sign to film an Olympic-themed advert.
The 61-year-old was seen hoisting himself up the iconic Los Angeles landmark, where a film crew were on the ground capturing his every move.
Tom has been known for completing his own stunts, famously having scaled the Burj Khalifa in Dubai for his film Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, along with a series of others.
The MailOnline has obtained images of the star filming the commercial.
The actor is reportedly prepared to fly the cast and crew to Longcross Studios in the UK amid the M25 closure, to continue making progress on the filming of the latest Mission Impossible installment.
The film is scheduled to be released next year.
This comes after the eighth instalment of the franchise was pushed back due to last year’s writer strikes.
The seventh film, Dead Reckoning Part One came out last year.
