Madlyn Ballatori has clarified rumours she was pregnant while filming The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On.
The 10-part Netflix series saw Madly’s relationship with her boyfriend Colby Kissinger get put to the ultimate test, as they embarked on a three-week trial marriage with other people.
Madlyn paired off with Randall Griffin, who came into the experiment with his girlfriend Shanique Imari, and Colby spent his three weeks with April Marie – who was originally in a relationship with Jake Cunningham.
After reuniting, Madlyn and Colby got married in the season one finale of the wild dating show. The couple then surprised viewers and their co-stars by announcing their pregnancy during the reunion show.
One fan tweeted: “Madlyn is 7mo pregnant. Show ended 6mo prior to the Reunion. 1 month before to final day, Madlyn was living with Randall. She spent the final 3 weeks of the show drunkenly bashing Colby—who she then turned around and married. Who is the father? Why’d she marry Colby?”
Another wrote: “Okay hear me out. The ultimatum finale was 6 months ago meaning if Madlyn is 7 months pregnant she got pregnant when she was with Randall in week 2 of their trial marriage. Were they allowed to see their original partners? Cause the math is not mathing.”

Taking to Instagram, Madlyn shut down speculation she was expecting while filming the show.
She wrote: “For clarity, Colby and I were married 5.13.2021 and will have our baby in the next two weeks.”
The reality star explained that The Ultimatum began production in March 2021 and the reunion was filmed in February 2022, adding: “A.K.A. not pregnant during filming.”

Madlyn and Colby also told E! News that they were pregnant “three months” after filming ended.
Madlyn said: “The show ended in May and I got pregnant in August. We’re taking on life together. We couldn’t be happier.”
The Ultimatum is now available to stream on Netflix.
