Sex and the City reboot introduces three new characters

Three new characters have been confirmed for the Sex and the City reboot.

The revival series, which is titled ‘And Just Like That…’, will follow Carrie Bradshaw (SJP), Charlotte York (Kristin Davis) and Miranda Hobbes (Cynthia Nixon) as they navigate love and friendship in their 50s.

Nicole Ari Parker has landed a role as Lisa Todd Wexley in the reboot, a Park Avenue mother of three.

Sarita Choudhury will star as single, self-made powerhouse Manhattan real estate broker Seema Patel in the series.

Karen Pittman, best known for her role in The Morning Show, will play Dr. Nya Wallace on the show – a brilliant, yet challenging Columbia Law professor.

The And Just Like That cast also includes original SATC stars Chris Noth, David Eigenberg, Mario Cantone, Willie Garson, and Evan Handler.

The 10-episode reboot series, which will air on HBO Max, started shooting in New York City last week.

Sex and the City originally ran from 1998–2004, and was followed by two blockbuster movies in 2008 and 2010.

Sarah Jessica Parker shared the first official from the reboot to Instagram last week, posing alongside her co-stars Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis.
