Meghan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly reportedly have “tons of trust issues” in their “toxic” relationship.
Megan and MGK went public with their romance in June 2020 and announced their engagement in January 2022.
The actress appeared on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy and while she didn’t reveal the current status of their relationship, she confirmed that their engagement had come to an end.
A source told People about the couple’s turbulent relationship: “One day they’re up, the next they’re down.”
“That intensity is still there nearly four years into their relationship, but that’s not necessarily ‘healthy’.”
“There are still a ton of trust issues between them and it’s very toxic.”
“They can’t stay away from each other and there’s a lot of history there, but they also don’t know how to be in a healthy relationship,” the source explained.
“They’ll be totally fine, then days later get into a huge blowout fight and not talk for weeks, but then give in and be all lovey-dovey again.”
Host Alex asked: “I feel like everyone has such an opinion on your guys relationship. You got engaged, then I think it was called off, then we don’t know what’s going on with you. How would you describe your relationship with MGK?”

Megan responded: “I think that what I’ve learned from being in this relationship is that it’s not for public consumption, so I think as of now, I don’t have a comment on like the status of the relationship per say.”
She continued: “What I can say is that is what I refer to as being my twin soul and there will always be a tether to him no matter what. I can’t say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow.”
She confirmed: “Beyond that I’m not willing to explain. But all those things you said were accurate things that have occurred and I can see them being confusing or interesting to people and them being like, ‘What’s up?’”
