Maralee Nichols claims Tristan Thompson ‘has done nothing to support’ their son

Maralee Nichols has claimed Tristan Thompson “has done nothing to support” their two-month-old son.

The personal trainer gave birth to a baby boy on December 1st, 2021, and revealed Tristan was the child’s father.

While he admitted to having sex with Maralee, Tristan questioned whether he was really the father of her baby and requested a paternity test.

Tristan later revealed the results of the test confirmed he was the baby’s father, and said he was “looking forward to amicably raising” his and Maralee’s son.

Maralee’s rep Harvey Englander has since told Page Six that “despite news reports stating otherwise, Tristan Thompson has done nothing to support his son”.

The rep added: “He has not made any attempt to meet their son nor has he provided any financial assistance.”

Goss.ie has contacted Tristan’s rep for comment.

The statement from Maralee’s rep comes after a report claimed that Tristan could be paying up to $40,000 in child support to each of his baby mamas – Khloé Kardashian, Jordan Craig and Maralee.

The 30-year-old is a father to a 5-year-old son called Prince, who he shares with ex Jordan, a 3-year-old daughter named True, who he shares with Khloe, and his newborn son with Maralee, whose name is unknown.

The NBA player split from his on-off girlfriend Khloe last summer, around the same time Maralee launched a paternity suit against Tristan.

Tristan admitted to having sex with Maralee on his 30th birthday in March last year, and it is believed he was still dating Khloe at the time.

After the results of the paternity test proved Tristan is the father of Maralee’s son, he took to his Instagram Stories to publicly apologise to Khloe.

He wrote: “Khloe, you don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation my actions have caused you.”

“You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you.”

“I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so incredibly sorry,” the basketball star added.

Khloe and Tristan first started dating back in 2016, but their relationship hit the rocks when the NBA star was accused of cheating – just days before Khloe gave birth to their daughter True in April 2018.

The reality star controversially decided to stand by Tristan, but less than one year later, he was caught kissing family friend Jordyn Woods at a house party in February 2019.

Khloe dumped the basketball player for good, but she decided to give their relationship another chance in 2020 – after they grew close during lockdown.

During the last season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which aired early last year, Khloe and Tristan were very open about their plans to have another baby together.

The mother-of-one confirmed that she made embryos with Tristan, but in March the reality star said the coronavirus pandemic had delayed their plans to get pregnant.

Just three months later, multiple outlets reported that Khloe and Tristan had split once again.
