Kim Kardashian responds to claims she ‘threatened to leave’ Kanye West during Wyoming visit

The reality star has addressed reports she gave Kanye an "ultimatum"

Kim Kardashian has denied claims she gave Kanye West an “ultimatum” about their marriage, during her recent visit to Wyoming.

The reality star met with her husband on his ranch in Cody, Wyoming on Monday – and was pictured in tears as the couple had a tense conversation in a carpark.

Following their meeting, an insider told The Sun: “Kim jetted into Wyoming to give Kanye a split ultimatum face-to-face – insisting he had to look her in the eye and know she was serious after friends and family desperately tried to dissuade her from going.”

“She’s told him that unless he pulls out of the presidency bid and admits himself into a rehab program to get professional help, she’ll have no choice but to walk away. It really feels like a last resort but Kim doesn’t know what else to do.”

“Kim’s furious and heartbroken. She told Kanye that while she supports and tries to understand his mental health issues, there’s no excuse for bringing their innocent children into this and trying to destroy hers – and her family’s – characters,” the insider alleged.

“Kanye seemed unresponsive and she said he didn’t seem to flinch when she gave him the ultimatum.”

“Kim thinks that Kanye doesn’t believe her given she’s said it so many times before. But she left telling him there was no budging on her boundaries,” they added.

The 39-year-old’s rep has since denied The Sun’s claims, and said in a statement: “None of this is true. Except that this is obviously a difficult time.”

The news comes after Kim was pictured returning home to Los Angeles, following her emotional reunion with Kanye on Monday.

In photos obtained by TMZ, the reality star was seen stepping off a private jet alone at an LA airport – just one day after she was spotted in tears while speaking to her husband.

Kim had been trying to fly out to Wyoming to speak with her husband ever since the rapper sparked concern at his presidential rally in South Carolina.

During the rally, the 43-year-old broke down in tears as he spoke about almost aborting their now 7-year-old daughter North.

Since then, Kanye has posted a number of shocking statements on Twitter, and he even accused Kim of trying to get him “locked up” – amid fears he’s in the middle of a bipolar episode.

The rapper also claimed he’s been “trying to get divorced” from Kim ever since she met Meek Mill back in 2018 to discuss prison reform, and he also appeared to slam his mother-in-law Kris Jenner.

Kanye later deleted the tweets, and a few hours later Kim released a statement addressing her husband’s recent behaviour.

In the statement, Kim opened up about her husband’s mental health – explaining how “incredibly complicated and painful” it can be to struggle with bipolar disorder.

The mother-of-four also asked the public to show her family “compassion” during such a difficult time.

Around the same time of Kim’s statement, TMZ reported that Kanye was “refusing” to see her.

But days later, the 43-year-old seemed to change his tune as he posted a public apology to Kim on Twitter.

He wrote: “I would like to apologize to my wife Kim for going public with something that was a private matter. I did not cover her like she has covered me.To Kim I want to say I know I hurt you. Please forgive me. Thank you for always being there for me.”
