Kim Kardashian and Kanye West don’t just break boundaries in music and on social media.

When the couple sold their beloved Bel Air mansion last November, they created a whole new type of real estate deal.

When Marina Acton, Ukranian socialite and wife of the creator of WhatsApp, agreed to buy Kimye’s house, she added a few extra touches to their contract.

The Blast have reported that Acton, an aspiring singer, had it written in the contract that Kim was to “help make her famous”.

Acton required Kim to be photographed with her in public, and attend the release party for her song, ‘Fantasize’.

Sources say that this is the first real estate deal in history to incorporate “social media and music promotion as a caveat.”

Kimye originally bought the extravagant property in 2013 for $9 million, and after spending $2 million on renovations, they put it back on the market for $17.8 million in 2017.

The house is now up for sale again for a massive $18 million.
